I've spent my career in senior operational roles, including Head of Product Development at EndGame and General Manager - Development at Liverton Security, before moving into fractional work full time.

Most of my client work follows a similar pattern. Something is stuck in a founder's head and hasn't made it out to the team. Priorities are unclear, or everyone has a different idea of what matters most. A leadership team is capable but not pulling in the same direction. There's no spare capacity internally to turn a good strategy into practical action. Or a project or programme of work has stalled, lost momentum, or never had clear ownership in the first place.

I work alongside leadership teams to sort through this, not from the outside as a consultant, but as an experienced pair of hands who gets stuck in. That usually means facilitating leadership alignment, building clearer operating rhythms, and helping teams turn plans into documented processes and agreed next steps. Where a specific project or programme has stalled, I'll step in directly to lead it, get it moving again, and see it through.

My background spans technology, creative agencies, membership organisations, professional services, and charities. I also coach through Creative HQ's Aurora Climate Accelerator and mentor with Summer of Tech.

I work part time and flexibly, usually a few hours or days a week per client, and often alongside two or three organisations at once.
