I created StepChange as a vehicle to provide B2B technology-related strategy, product and marketing consulting services to organisations looking for clarity around their strategies and propositions, and what they can do to set themselves up for growth.

Specifically, StepChange provides strategic and operational product marketing services tailored specifically to the needs of B2B technology companies - large and small. Our services help our clients assess their product/market fit, accelerate their go to market, and enhance their credibility and market positioning.

With experience working with a wide range of technology and telecommunications businesses - including Xero, Spark, CCL, Unisys and others - I combine a deep understanding of technology and its value, with the ability to shape and simplify content and messaging to ensure this is understood by the stakeholders that matter most.
