I am an experienced senior leader with past roles as a CEO, vGM, COO, vCMO and IT sales / sales leadership role. I can help you scale your business up for growth, or down to adjust for economic conditions. I can bring efficiencies and processes to your business. I can also help you grow by making your sales team more efficient, optimising all customer related activities or exploring new market opportunities.

I have experience running small lean organisations (as CEO of Young Enterprise) to running divisions with a large tech company (as Head of Operations at Unisys NZ).

At Young Enterprise, I grew revenue to $3m by diversifying our income stream with bigger government contracts, new delivery contracts and international consulting assignments. I introduced (and funded) new programmes and initiatives including our alumni programme, the roaming teacher model, our Rangatahi programme of work and our digital strategy. I also introduced processes and systems to be able to really focus on our customers - be it students, teachers or sponsors.

My time as Head of Operations at Unisys really honed my ability to set up processes and systems needed to run large divisions, large companies or to help small companies grow into big companies.

In my Fractional GM role at Wellington Culinary Events Trust, I spent the first time identifying the problems and unpicking the financials. My new period was focused on restructuring the business to staff off insolvency. the final period was setting the company up for future (sustainable) growth with a re-design project and a new structure.

As a consultant, I helped Datam scope out a new service offering - business process outsourcing services specifically to local government agencies.

As a Fractional CMO at Barnardos, I did a complete review of the marketing, communication and fundraising divisions. I helped launch a new revenue stream to offset a loss in income due to a drop in government funding. I did a small restructure of the division before recruiting a permanent GM.
