Tas is a product management advisor, coach and trainer that works with leaders at Fortune 500 companies and SaaS scale ups to enable growth through building impactful product teams and organizations. Tas is a no-nonsense product management expert giving product managers and businesses the tools, knowledge, and courage to be more effective, build high performing teams & more successful products in the B2B technology space.

Tas is an experienced practitioner and trainer in Product-led software development, with deep skills in Customer Experience Design, Product Strategy, Release Planning and Agile Development. She is passionate about developing the capability in others to support them as they launch new products, expand into new markets and partnerships, develop delightful customer experiences and create a smooth, inclusive and impactful product operations structure.

Currently, Tas is the CEO and founder of GSD Alliance, which offers training and coaching for product people. She is a board member of Product Aotearoa, and leads product management at Unlock Innovation. She teaches Product Management at University of Canterbury in the Executive Education program and a regular speaker across NZ-wide product gatherings, and run the Product Management meetup in Christchurch with over 1300 members.

Tas specializes in helping large, complex B2B products, often with multiple hardware and software components, navigate the challenges of a shifting tech and business landscape by levelling up their product discovery, delivery and operational functions.

Create and communicate a new operating process for the product development lifecycle that merges existing and new needs and processes, and a roll out and execution plan. Including planning, reporting and data and metrics management frameworks.
