I have almost 20 years of experience in leadership roles within People functions in non-profits, corporates and technology start-ups. Over this time I have held roles in almost every facet of the People space - analytics, payroll, generalist advisory and business partnering, organisation design, employment relations, organisation development, learning, leadership, DEI, engagement and employee experience. This broad range of experiences sets me up to be a one-stop-shop for small and evolving businesses who need someone to come in, deeply understand their business and then enable them to navigate the next phase of their journey with the right people, in the right place, loving what they do.
