I've taken 2 Startups to a successful exit as Head of Sales/CRO as well as assisting established Startups to scale. I now share that experience through Xsellerate and as a fractional Head of Sales/CRO.

As the CEO and founder of Xsellerate, I leverage my expertise in new business development, customer relationship management, and go to market strategy to guide and empower my clients to achieve their goals and grow their business.

I've got a knack for leading companies to successful exits with the following successes to date - one startup led to a successful exit as the first employee and one scaleup led to a successful exit as the head of sales. I also helped an international company reach $3M+ ARR in two years as the founding employee in region. I am a mentor for aspiring sales professionals at various incubators, where I share my knowledge and insights on sales techniques, leadership, and business strategy. My vision is to make Australia a region for innovation and excellence!
