Highly data-driven, with a Degree in Applied Statistics, he leads cross-functional project teams that combine data, emerging technology, content and user-centred design to deliver omnichannel programmes and customer experiences that solve business problems and maximise lifetime value.

For over 20 years Paul has built high-talent teams across a variety of functions including strategy, marketing, e-commerce, inside sales, customer success, sales enablement and product management while also consulting through his company Paul & Co.
