I am a technology executive with more than twenty years of experience leading engineering and product teams across fintech, SaaS and high growth technology companies. I have built and scaled organisations from eight people to more than one hundred and thirty across Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the United States and Europe. My focus has always been on creating stable, secure and scalable platforms that help businesses grow without carrying unnecessary complexity or cost.
I specialise in modernising technology functions, improving delivery capability and guiding teams through periods of change. I have led multiple large scale transformations including full platform rebuilds, cloud migrations and the introduction of DevSecOps, SOC 2 and ISO 27001 practices.
