The Scott Collective combines human know-how with artificial intelligence to create Collective Intelligence. I will work with you and your teams to identify and capitalise on known, or as-yet unknown business opportunities to grow and improve. We will create ways to exploit those opportunities and remove impediments to success. This is done through a combination of consultation, coaching and doing. I am equally happy working as an external advisor, providing objective advice, as well as working as part of your extended team. I take a systems design/human-centred design approach to problem solving, considering the impacts on you, your staff and your customers.
I spent the past decade working as General Manager - Client Solutions of the world's largest recruitment company with responsibility for enterprise sales & account management, bid management and writing, as well as leading our annual employer brand and external marketing projects. I coached our 5 General Managers and acted in the capacity of consigliere to the Country Director, as well as a company media spokesperson, appearing on national television, speaking regularly on business radio segments and the author of many articles.
I have worked in the Consulting, Recruitment, Government and NFP sectors in New Zealand and the UK and have worked with clients across the globe, supporting their entry to NZ or growth in Country. I have strong commercial acumen which has helped me to achieve high levels of success in forming successful GTM strategies, crafting compelling bids and proposals, sustainably and consistently improving Gross Margins and client retention.
I am currently partnering with a whanau-led business which supports Māori and Pacific talent to improve their employment opportunities. I am reviewing and improving business operations, helping the team to build their talent pipelines and establishing new client engagements.

- Employer branding and EDIB consulting - using my extensive knowledge from leading the New Zealand's largest employer brand survey to help develop strategies to attract and retain the talent you need for now and into the future. I can support improve your approach to equity, diversity, inclusion and belonging, increasing your overall employer attractiveness.
