I've spent several years as a COO for a variety of startups and have been in a fractional role since 2020. I get to work with amazing organisations that really are striving for creating awesome value for their customers, and solving real world problems though technology.

As a COO, I have experience in every part of 'Strategy, Execution and Timing', including Customer Success, Sales and Marketing,People & HR, Product and Delivery, Engineering and architecture, CISO, and finances. I typically fill gaps in leadership teams, based on what already is in place, which makes me an ideal exec to add value fast.

I have a network of additional support to help fast track many key areas of a growing start up, including funding, ESOP, international market entry, legal and IP advisors, to name a few.
